Your example has brought amazing things into my life, meeting you in Tokyo showed me that the success you have achieved and humanitarian projects you have accomplished is possible for anyone if they work with the same conviction and ethics as you, for as long as you have.
Out in the world on my own at 14 years old, and starting from very much the bottom rung in life with nothing, I have had to fight for everything I have ever had. With yourself and Richard Branson as mentors, I came along way in the last 9 short years.
Your influence made me who I am! Now at 23 years old I’m proud to share that I have a number of investment properties, I’m in business with an exciting company undergoing extraordinary growth, I’m studying an MBA, I have spoken at several investment seminars, motivational workshops and charity presentations for schools in underprivileged areas, showing kids that are like I was that they’re not stuck in poverty, and I’m helping a close network of friends and contacts achieve the business and investment success they’re capable of.
So proud I was, of who you helped me be, that I started Club Michael Jackson as my way of telling the world what a profound impact you’re having on real people everyday. It has come to light over the last year however, that an online fan-forum isn’t the right platform to express this message.
Although for a short while it was a friendly online meeting place for your fans, I always felt that I could make a bigger impact on the world in your good name than simply moderating discussion about you online.
After how far I have come in the last 9 years, it’s not too hard to imagine that in the next 5 years if I work my butt off – I could be cutting the ribbon to a charity centre here in Australia dedicated the inspiration you have had on my life. That’s my mission now. Club Michael Jackson loses momentum whenever I’m unable to show a consistent online presence – I feel it’s best to close this chapter so that I can focus more passionately on the next one.
The fans will continue to meet online of course, MJJCommunity is amazing and a credit to you – I’m working with them now to make sure that Club Michael Jackson members will be looked after there.
